Here at Betonicah*, we work on computers all day every day, except when consuming the aforementioned super high powered energy drink, our fingers never leave the keyboard. So, when our printer gives us the dreaded PC Load Letter** jam (disclaimer: this link is not safe for work due to a bad word used, justifiably in my opinion), or our computer has the BSOD (blue screen of death), or our network goes down, or spyware/viruses have once again infiltrated our systems, we can fix it ourselves and get quickly back to work.
